TIME OF DEPARTURE-ARRIVAL: Bus will be supplied on agreed timings. Any delay in departure or arrival will charged extra at the rate of Rs. 100/- per hour. Unwarranted delay of more than 2 hours will be at the hire's risk. The company will be at paid at liberty to withdraw the bus from use by the customer's and full settled amount will b recovered from the party.
PAYMENT: Hire charges must be paid three days in advance prior to the commencement of journey. If amount not paid in advance to provision of the bus will be at company's option.
CANCELLATION: The cancellation is permitted provided advance intimation is received by our office accordance with the rules of state Transport Authority. Any advance paid will not be refunded.
MILEAGE: In Case of the total declared mileage of any trip exceeds the stipulated limit, extra charge must be pai in accordance with the agree terms & conditions.
ROUTE: Bus will not be plied on KACHA ROUTE and detour from agreed route is not permitted. If a road on the route is closed for any reason the bus will be taken on an altered route and extra amount will be charged on the basis of mileage.
PURPOSE OF TRIP: Bus is available only for the purpose as stated, in the agreement. If the vehicle is detainedb that competent authorities during the period of journey for the violations of smuggling rules, or the fault of the hire the hirer will held responsible for all the legal consequences and will also pay damages to the owner of the vehicle.
PERMIT: The vehicle will be supplied subject to the issue of the necessary permit by the State Transport Authort, Delhi and such other condition that may be imposed on the permit by the said authority in case of Notified Routes of U.P. Government no objection certificate has to be arranged by the hirer. The bus will reach to its destination of the route which will be convenient to the owner of the vehicle and for which the permit from the state Transport Authority, Delhi has been secured.
TAXES: The hirer shall pay vehicle passenger and other taxes if any in addition to the hire charges or otherwise.
BREAKDOWN AND ACCIDENT: In case of breakdown the company will try its best to replace the vehicle. But
the company is unable to provide the replacement, will not be held responsible for same and will return the charges of the remaining journey. The owner of the vehicle has no liability for any kind of injury to persons traveling in the vehicle or any damage to their belongings during the period of journey.
OTHERS:
(a) The Hirer can use the bus only for its full carrying capacity otherwise settled.
(b) If the extra are increases by any state Authority the party is have to pay the extra amount.
(c) The bus driver and conductor are the representative of the company during the trip and are at liberty to take any decision deemed fit.
(d) The company will authorised to send their representative in addition to driver and conductor along with the bus.
(e) The above mentioned terms and conditions are just an agreement between both the parties, disputes any, subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
